A comment article, co-authored by Professor David G. Victor of University of California, San Diego, USA and three RITE members, President Yoichi Kaya, Special Advisor Mitsutsune Yamaguchi and Group Leader Keigo Akimoto of Systems Analysis Group, has been published in the August 3 issue of "Nature", an English journal of science.
